March Madness has officially begun. With the conference tournaments ending this weekend and Selection Sunday tomorrow. But who is going to make it to the National Championship game this year? What team will have the “Cinderalla story” this year? Be sure to keep up with the NCAA Tournament through these 10 apps available for Android.
ESPN Tournament Challenge
Brackers. That’s all we need to say here. If you’re competing in the bracket challenge through ESPN, be sure to check out their app, it’ll keep you up to date with your brackets. Make your picks and you can compete all the way to the Final Four in Dallas for a chance to win $10,000. Which isn’t a bad prize at all.
Fox Sports Mobile
I agree, it needs a major facelift, but it does work. Fox Sports Mobile is a great way to keep up to date with score, stats, videos and more on the road to the Final Four. It covers more than just College Basketball though, it also covers NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and many other sports.
Yahoo Sports & Tourney Pickem
Yahoo has worked pretty hard to make their apps look pretty nice, and their sports app is no different. With the Yahoo Sports app you can keep up to date with scores, stats and even your brackets for the NCAA Tournament.
ESPN SportsCenter
This is by far my favorite overall sports app for keeping up with scores, stats, news and more. The ESPN ScoreCenter app has been redesigned with Android design Guidelines in mind. It’s also great for all sports including NCAA Basketball.
College Basketball: STATSHEET
Need an app to keep up with the stats during the tourney? Well here’s a very simple app that does just that. It’s also sortable by conference, has every teams full schedule as well as quick-view access to full game boxscores and player stats.
NCAA Sports
Just as the title states, this is for NCAA sports, not just Basketball but other sports as well. So you can follow your favorite school in any and every sport. The app gives you exclusive live video coverage of 65+ NCAA Championship events, live scores and schedules for multiple NCAA Championships and much more.
CBS Sports
CBS Sports has one of the nicest looking apps out there. It’s very simple yet elegant. With the CBS Sports app you can keep up-to-date with all the scores, schedules, stats and more for all kinds of sports including NCAA Basketball and much more. All for free.
theScore: Sports & Scores
theScore is another great app that was updated as recently as last week. It’s your home for NCAA March Madness Basketball, NBA, NHL, MLB and more. You can stay up to date with scores, news, schedules, stats and much more with this elegant app.
NCAA March Madness Live
This is by far my favorite app for keeping up with March Madness. Why? Because you can stream EVERY NCAA Tournament game through the app. You can watch all 67 games in their entirety. No other app can do this.
