HP Chromebook 11 G2 Launching this Month?


HP Chromebook 11 G2 is nearly upon us, but will it be a best seller?

Last year, the HP Chromebook 11 was a pretty popular Chromebook, well really all of them have been popular. But the HP Chromebook 11 had a microUSB port for charging, which was rather unique and different for a laptop...err Chromebook.

Samsung Chromebook 2 going for £249 in the UK?


Samsung Chromebook 2 pricing leaks out on Very, for the UK

According to UK retailer, Very, it appears that the Samsung Chromebook 2 will be priced at £249 later this month when it goes on sale. The Samsung Chromebook 2 is the follow up to the Chromebook they released in 2012, with the Exynos 5 dual-core processor. It was the first Chromebook to run on ARM. And the experience wasn't the best, but since then both Samsung and Google have worked to make the experience a bit better.

ASUS Makes the C200 Chromebook Official


Today, Intel and Google had their own Chrome event today, where they announced all kinds of goodies. Like Bay Trail processors for their upcoming Chromebooks from all kinds of OEMs. ASUS new C200 Chromebook is powered by Bay Trail and features an 11.6-inch 1366x768 display, along with 2GB of RAM. It also has 16GB of SSD storage. For those interested, the exact processor being used is the Intel Celeron N2830. It also has Bluetooth 4.0, a USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 port, HDMI jack, audio jack, and SDXC card slot. Additionally it should last about 11 hours or longer on a single charge, which is an improvement on the Haswell chips we saw last year in a number of Chromebooks.

Lenovo Announce N20 and N20P Chromebooks - Available this July!


Lenovo unveils their first consumer-ready Chromebooks, N20 and N20P to be available this Summer

Today, Lenovo announced a couple of new Chromebooks. These are their first ones to be available for everyone. Previously, their last two Chromebooks were only available to schools. The N20 is an 11.6-inch Chromebook with the N20P being the touch-screen variant.

Google Redesigning Chrome's Incognito Mode


Google has refreshed the Incognito Mode page in the latest dev build of Chrome

Developers, or anyone using the developer channel of Google Chrome may have noticed that there's a slightly redesigned version of the Incognito Mode page in the browser. The only real change you'll see is that it's more up-to-date with the rest of the web. Meaning it's brought into web 3.0. You can see the differences above, thanks to the folks at OMGChrome.

Dell XPS 12 Convertible Laptop with Intel Core i3 Haswell Spotted running Android 4.4 KitKat


Yet another laptop manufacturer spotted with a laptop running the latest version of Android
Earlier this week, we saw a HP laptop spotted running on KitKat. Which we thought that was just something that HP was working on with Google. But now we're seeing a Dell laptop running KitKat as well, which makes me wonder, are we going to see Android laptops at I/O next month?

ASUS Chromebook C200 leaks Out Again

What do we have here? It appears to be 6 images of the ASUS C200 Chromebook which is due to be announced any time now. As far as we can tell, ASUS has used their same build quality that they are famous for with their laptops, on this Chromebook. It also appears to be an 11-inch display. It's touting all-day battery life, as well as it being very lightweight. There's also an Intel inside. So we're likely looking at the Intel Celeron 2955U which the Acer C720 and the HP Chromebook 14 both run on. Which brings us our all day battery life. We can also see that there is a HDMI port, as well as a USB 2.0 and a USB 3.0 - denoted by the blue USB port - as well as a SD card slot, headphone jack and a kensington lock.
